The facility not only serves as the company’s national dispatch center but also as a distribution hub. Delivery vehicles drive through the building to receive supplies and shipments at all hours of the day & night.

A new, family owned, 24-hour medical courier/logistics company in an existing industrial park on the outskirts of Memphis, Tennessee. The new design embodies the company's commitment to fast and efficient customer service while valuing the employee like a member of the family.

The project had two major design goals: to efficiently accommodate vehicular flow-thru for deliveries and dispatch and to provide a healthy, comfortable, and spacious office environment for all employees and visitors that takes advantage of natural illumination.

This project is unique as this company’s deliveries are often a matter of life or death. The company focuses on the transportation of medical specimens across the country. For this reason, the facility must be staffed 24/7.
