LLW Architects, Inc. is offering a long term career opportunity for Project Architect /Project Manager with 5+ years of experience. Individual must have proven experience in planning, design, construction technology and documentation, and construction administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Client interaction
  • Leadership and mentoring junior staff, developing project work plan and implementation of plan for successful project implementation of goals
  • Position requires multi-tasking across over-lapping project schedules, decision and problem solving,
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution and federal, state, and local codes

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 5 to 7 years of Architectural experience – hospitality architect is preferred by not required
  • 2 to 5 years of construction administration experience,
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills,
  • Expertise in preparation of construction documents
  • Experience in Revit and Photoshop a plus

LLW Architects, Inc. is in search of an AutoCad Draftsman to add to our team of highly qualified associates. We are seeking an individual that is a self-motivated achiever and leader.

Responsibilities: The candidate needs to be able to work independently, understand architecture, and build a solid relationship with the Architects and Project Managers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in AutoCad (5+ years)
  • Experience in Revit and Photoshop a plus
  • Experience in an architectural firm (5+ years)
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Acute skills in the production of construction documents
  • Experience in multi-unit / hospitality architecture preferred
  • Comprehension of codes
  • Ability to work overtime (as needed) to meet project deadlines.
