Project Manager/Project Architect- (Memphis Tennessee)

 P | K | M Architects, a 50+ year old Architectural/Development firm is seeking a qualified architect/project manager for an immediate design, production, and project management role. The individual will be responsible for managing a project team from design through construction administration of significant commercial, educational, and healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include producing design development and construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit from conceptual drawings, assisting in conceptual and schematic design, managing production work with a high level of technical accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be a project Architect with 3-4 years experience as a project manager/ architect, and has significant REVIT experience. A degree in architecture is required.  The individual must have the ability to effectively work in a team environment and have a history of successful leadership skills related to overall project management.

 Must possess a comprehensive understanding of building codes and building technology, and have outstanding communication and client interaction skills. Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to lead a project team on a complex project or work independently on a small project are required. Proficiency with AutoCad, Revit, Adobe Suite, SketchUp Pro and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
