Managing Adverse Contractual Provisions including managing the communications process to continually clarify expectations and documentation to show responsibility to the contract.
Common Design Error Claims including how to improve QA/QC for drawings and specifications to avoid common errors and minimize professional liability claims arising from technical errors and omissions.
