The Guest House at Graceland
Presented by Rob Jurbergs, AIA; Mark Weaver, FAIA; and Melanie Newport, ASID | HBG, Inc.
Taking Elvis Presley’s Graceland Mansion in Memphis to a “higher level,” the new resort-style Guest House at Graceland will include 450 rooms, two restaurants and sports lounge, a 500-seat theater for live performances and meeting rooms.
The Hnedak Bobo Group project, scheduled for a Fall 2015 opening, has been on Graceland’s “wish list” since the mansion and grounds opened for tours in the early 1980s. The hotel site is set back from Elvis Presley Boulevard, and beautifully integrated into the surrounding tree-filled landscape adjacent to the Graceland mansion.
